1. Registration and Payment

1.2 Fees must be paid in full to confirm your participation or access.

1.4 Promotional rates (e.g., early bird offers) are valid only within the specified timeframe and upon full payment.
1.5 All payments are quoted in USD (or RM for Malaysian clients) and exclude any transfer fees, taxes, or currency conversion charges unless stated otherwise.
2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Postponements
Client Cancellations
- You may cancel your registration in writing at least 14 calendar days before the program start date to receive a refund, excluding transaction fees.
- Cancellations received less than 14 days before commencement are non-refundable.
Program Changes
- Namara Ventures reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances such as trainer unavailability, low enrolment, or force majeure.
- In such cases, you may choose to transfer to another confirmed intake or receive a full refund if no suitable alternative date is available.
Substitutions
- You may nominate a replacement participant from the same organization at no additional cost by providing notice at least 48 hours before the program begins.
3. Online Training and Coaching
3.1 Program links, materials, and access credentials are provided only after full payment is received.
3.2 Participants are responsible for having stable internet access and compatible devices.
3.3 Sessions may not be recorded, shared, or reproduced without written permission.
3.4 Namara Ventures is not responsible for participant-side technical issues.
4. In-Person Programs
4.1 Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal expenses.
4.2 Venue details will be shared in advance; venue changes within the same city may occur with notice.
4.3 Full attendance may be required for completion or certification (where applicable).
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All course materials, presentations, recordings, and resources are the intellectual property of Namara Ventures or its licensed partners.
5.2 Participants receive a non-transferable, personal-use license only.
5.3 Copying, redistributing, or reselling materials without written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Professional Conduct and Confidentiality
6.1 Participants agree to maintain confidentiality of any personal, business, or sensitive information shared during programs.
6.2 Namara Ventures reserves the right to remove participants displaying disruptive, disrespectful, or unethical behavior — without refund.
7. Affiliate and Third-Party Links
Our website and newsletters may include affiliate links or references to external services that align with our values of innovation and sustainability.
We may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you.
We only recommend tools and platforms we genuinely trust.
Namara Ventures is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 All Services are provided for educational and professional development purposes only.
8.2 We make no guarantees of specific results or outcomes.
8.3 Namara Ventures, its trainers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use our Services.
8.4 By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Namara Ventures from any claims or damages resulting from misuse of the provided content.
